Edmonton & Area Delivery

Local, same day delivery is available to the following areas (please see fee schedule below): Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, and Ardrossan. Orders must be placed before 10 a.m.

We require 24 hours notice for personal delivery to Leduc, Nisku, Devon, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and Beaumont. We require 24 hours notice for fruit basket orders.

Note that requests for delivery at specific times of the day may be placed but cannot be guaranteed. Recipients will be called before delivery is attempted to ensure they will be home to receive your gift. If they are not home when the courier arrives, we may attempt to leave it with a neighbour. If this is not possible, the gift will come back to us. We will then attempt to arrange another delivery time with the recipient.

Local deliveries are made Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm. During busy holiday seasons, deliveries may be made later in the day and possibly on Sunday. Also, during busy holiday times (especially at Christmas) we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Canada-Wide Delivery

All orders will be shipped within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt. Please note that we may require more time for production during peak holiday times -- Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and especially during the Christmas season.

Higher volume orders should be placed early to allow for stocking and extra assembly time.

All shipments will be made via CANPAR or Canada Post (Expedited).

When shipping via CANPAR, we will phone the recipient before delivery. If the recipient is not home when the delivery is being made by CANPAR, the delivery person will leave a notice advising the recipient of the attempted parcel delivery. The recipient may then phone CANPAR at the number left on the notice. CANPAR will then re-attempt delivery at the recipient’s address or at another local address the recipient requests (perhaps a work address if they aren’t home during the day). If the recipient does not contact CANPAR after the first attempt, CANPAR will attempt delivery a second time. If no one is at home to accept delivery at this second attempt, they will leave a second notice. If the recipient does not contact CANPAR by 8 p.m. on the day of the second delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to Baskets in the Park.

Returned Shipments

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, or because a recipient has not responded to a delivery notice, we will contact you. We will reship the parcel, at your request and at your expense. If you choose not to resend the parcel, we will provide you with a credit for the gift, minus a 20 per cent restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All shipments made via CANPAR Ground service require the recipient’s phone number. CANPAR Ground Service delivery times are approximate and are based on business days (Monday through Friday). Remote areas require extra delivery time.
